Die österreichische Investorengruppe Epoona übernimmt mit sofortiger Wirkung die Unternehmensanteile von der Familie Penz. Der bisherige Familienbetrieb mit dem Produktionsstandort in Aichdorf wird als eigenständiges Unternehmen erhalten bleiben und die Aktivitäten sollen in Zukunft sogar ausgebaut werden.

Der gebürtige Zeltweger begann seine Laufbahn als Projektleiter bei MAGNA STEYR und Produktionsleiter der KTM Sportmotorcycle AG. Als Geschäftsführer der HTP High Tech Plastics, LIEBHERR Transportation Systems und später als Technischer Vorstand der WINTERSTEIGER AG entwickelte er umfangreiche Kenntnisse im internationalen Geschäft. Zuletzt war Christian Rauscher erfolgreich als Interim Manager mit dem Schwerpunkt Restrukturierung, Transformation und Wachstum tätig.

The Austrian investor group Epoona is taking over the company shares from the Penz family with immediate effect. This change of ownership marks an important milestone for the traditional company, which has been successful on the market for 57 years. The existing family business with its production site in Aichdorf will remain an independent company and its activities will even be expanded in the future.
