Werner has been working in finance and operations for over 20 years. After a year of consulting in the area of operational excellence, Werner helped set up a cigarette production facility in Turkey (CAPEX 30MEUR) as an expat and CFO. The next major challenge in his career was to accompany TGW Logistics as Group CFO from a turnover of 100 MEUR to 500 MEUR while ensuring profitability.

After three years in the construction of waste incineration plants (including a strategic company acquisition in Germany) at Christof Industries, Werner carried out two renovations for Dr. Erhard Grossnigg. Werner studied commercial sciences at the Vienna University of Economics and Business and completed a year abroad in Venezuela. He is married with 2 children and enjoys spending time in nature.
